Professional Biography
Taz currently supports the Diversity and Access Team within the University of Denver’s Office of Undergraduate Admission as the Diversity Program Coordinator. His career has spanned multiple industries including automotive repair and transportation and logistics. Prior to joining the University, he spent 7 years as the Fleet and Facilities Supervisor for Namaste Solar, a Colorado-based employee-owned co-operative and B-Corporation in the solar industry. He found multiple opportunities to be involved in DEI initiatives, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Community Engagement.

Taz brings a wealth of experience and the ability to contextualize challenging topics and connect deep, emotional work to a diverse spectrum of lived experiences. His practice focuses on developing individual and group capacity for driving cultural evolution and organizational change; socially-conscious leadership models; equitable business practice; and inclusive decision-making.

In 2021, Taz played an instrumental role in establishing the first formal DEI structures at Namaste Solar. These included a fully chartered, permanently staffed, cross-departmental DEI Committee and a DEI Advisory Council.
