Culture as the Catalyst—Sustaining Change Through Organizational Culture

Change isn’t just a moment—it’s a movement, and sustaining that movement requires culture. In this June Community Hour, we’re revisiting themes from our September 2024 Community Hour session on reframing change management—this time through the lens of culture-building as a foundation for transformational, lasting change.

Drawing from our Transformational Praxis: Culture Building framework, we’ll explore how to develop and sustain an organizational culture that embraces growth, navigates uncertainty, and supports change at every level. We’ll also introduce key concepts from Psychological Safety and Immunity to Change—highlighting how leaders and teams can create environments that invite reflection, accountability, and transformation.

Whether you're guiding your team through transition or looking to strengthen your organization’s adaptability, this session will offer tools and insights to build a culture where change can truly take root.

Join Equity Labs Facilitator Scott Van Loo as he dives into the importance of organizational culture being a catalyst for change management.
